∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Candidate having an MBA in HR with diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
logistic management, Office Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Admin Policy & SOP for smooth operation of the administration department to ensure support in timely and efficient manner,
∎ Monitor, develop, and implement policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines related to Admin, Safety, and Security,
∎ Prepare and submit annual budget and establish cost control as per approved budget,
∎ Supervision and ensure the day to day Administrative operation,
∎ Ensure effective and efficient office management and logistic support for every department including Inventory Control,
∎ Lead the admin department efficiently and complete all the planned work in time,
∎ Monitoring the movement of employees, visitors, client’s materials and documents,
∎ Manpower planning, recruiting, training, upgrading and handling of Admin Officials, Security Guards and Drivers,
∎ Supervision of all renovation and interior works and necessary arrangement to set up all new offices of the company,
∎ Ensure proper Maintenance of all necessary tools & equipments like lift, air cooler, lighting, solar panel, photocopy machine, phone & fax machine,
∎ Renew all the contracts and agreements with various parties regularly & timely,
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of regular, schedule and need basis maintenance of all utilities connections and equipments like water, deep tube well, electricity, gas, and generator,
∎ Ensure proper usage and regular payment of all utilities bill like water, electricity, gas, phone, Cleaning, Plant Decoration, Drinking Water, Service Charges, and rent of Office spaces & Residence of the company,
∎ Ensure and supervision of proper Office maintenance and cleaning activities both in Head Office and project,
∎ Supervision of overall Building Management systems of the company’s owned projects,
∎ Supervision of Procurement the required vehicles for the company, registration, schedule and need basis maintenance, update and make arrangement of periodical payment to the regulatory authorities of vehicle documents like Fitness, Tax Token, Insurance etc, and ensure that all the papers are up to date,
∎ Handling the accidents and such cases, manage, coordination with relevant govt. offices and law enforcing agencies,
∎ Make Arrangement of all Transportation as required for different departments and Supervision the Car Parking Management system at ongoing project and handed over own building,
∎ Handling labor disputes and disciplinary matters,
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures etc.,
∎ Liaison with law enforcing agencies, regulatory authorities and any other external authorities, institutes and business associates,
∎ Ensure physical protection responsibilities including asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance with recording and more as per latest requirements,
∎ Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as required,
∎ Arrange and conduct training on safety and compliance issues,
∎ To be responsible for the property management & assets build up,
∎ Manage the dispatch in a systematic manner,
∎ Ensure proper scrap management,
∎ Managing overall control on the Admin & Security Department,
∎ Annual Performance appraisal, training, & development of Admin Officials,
∎ Crisis management as and when required,
∎ Any other task as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate who is experienced with the Maintenance of Quality Record at any ISO 9001:2008 certified enterprise or has work experienced with Management Representative (MR) of any organization will be an added advantage.
∎ Retired Army personnel will be given preferences.
∎ Demonstrate excellent leadership and management qualities, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail reporting.
∎ Render necessary assistance to ensure proper administration.
∎ Must handle all problems diplomatically.
∎ Should be appreciated to have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the ability to do multitask.
∎ Must have ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Must meet the deadline for the assigned mission.
∎ Strong decision making, quick conflict management ability and good negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English
∎ Good command in computer literacy and presentation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
