Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Production, Project Engineer, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Tyre manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure project implementation within specified Capex and stipulated time frame
∎ Ensure the availability of 3 Wheelers as per DO and CKD stock
∎ To help management for finalizing the plant and equipment specification for different operation of 3wheeler manufacturing
∎ To help management to negotiate the pricing or cost of plant & equipment
∎ Ensure the trial of plant, equipment & production line as per the specified capacity and cycle time
∎ Installation & commissioning of plant, equipment in stipulated time
∎ Initial production, Pilot production trial as per specified cycle time to establish the plant capacity
∎ Establish the plant capacity with specified quality standard.
∎ Ensure 100% QC check of the produced/finished 3-Wheeler.
∎ Organize training for the technical staff for skill development to achieve the required capability to operate and maintain the plant / equipment
∎ Organize training for grooming and attitude for the staffs
∎ Act to achieve overall production target
∎ To follow the policy, procedure and instruction manuals of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Management system to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 standards in the activities.
∎ Assist supervisor to identify loopholes and weakness in Factory and develop effective Standard Operating Procedures
∎ Suggests Management in developing and implementing rules, policy and procedures related to Factory
∎ Working closely with other sub-units of the Group to develop policies and systems.
∎ Assisting supervisor in preparing budget for all units under his supervision, analyze the variance and ensure control.
∎ Taking steps for Team building and motivation of the employees for improving productivity.
∎ Designing the daily production based on sales demand and allocating workers effectively and efficiently.
∎ Assist supervisor to ensure the quality control process of production.
∎ Ensuring the production as per demand of sales.
∎ Keep Up to Date the tools and equipment related to production.
∎ Ensure safe and healthy working condition for all factory employees.
∎ Taking strict measures on using proper protective gears.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication in English both in writing and speaking.
∎ Good knowledge over pattern engineering and troubleshooting
∎ Must be able to multi-task and have a mind set to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Ms Office, email and internet.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
