Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Engineering with major in IT from any reputed Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.
∎ Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
∎ Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as required.
∎ Collaborate with Network and System Administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment.
∎ Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, network cards, and other components and equipment.
∎ Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future desktop hardware needs.
∎ Conduct research on desktop products in support of PC procurement and development efforts.
∎ Evaluate and recommend for procurement of PCs and related products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Excellent technical knowledge of PC, desktop hardware, current protocols, operating systems and standards.
∎ Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
∎ Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
∎ Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probation period: 12 (Twelve) months.
∎ Attractive remuneration will be given during the probation period.
∎ After successful completion of the probation period the incumbent will be confirmed in the regular position and pay scale of the Company.
∎ Other fringe benefits like contributory provident fund, gratuity, group and health insurance, festival and incentive bonus are available after confirmation.
