∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the gym & yoga room is set up correctly for class.
∎ Lead on proper breathing techniques and poses.
∎ Keep accurate records on fitness goals and progress.
∎ Assist participants to perform all exercises effectively.
∎ Coordinate with participants and counsel on lifestyle and diet issues to ensure healthy body and mind.
∎ Supporting the development and delivery of fitness programs.
∎ Assisting members in reaching individual goals.
∎ Ensuring the safety of clients during training sessions.
∎ Monitoring BMI on a regular basis.
