∎ The Ministry of Defense (KSA) is seeking a dedicated and qualified male Gym Trainer
∎
∎ About the Role:
∎ The Ministry of Defense is seeking a passionate and experienced Gym Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding our personnel to achieve their fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ * Design and implement personalized fitness programs for individuals and groups, considering their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations.
∎ * Supervise and instruct on the proper use of gym equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
∎ * Motivate and guide individuals to achieve their fitness goals through encouragement and positive reinforcement.
∎ * Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and stored.
∎ * Keep accurate records of client progress and adjust programs as needed.
∎ * May assist with conducting fitness assessments and health screenings.
∎
∎ Qualifications:
∎ * Male candidates only.
∎ * Bachelor's degree in physical education, Exercise Science, or a related field (preferred).
∎ * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified personal trainer or gym instructor.
∎ * Strong understanding of exercise science, fitness principles, and training methodologies.
∎ * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
∎ * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
∎ * Proficient in Arabic language, English language a plus.
