∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
∎ SSC & HSC minimum GPA must be 3.00 out of 5.00

∎ SSC & HSC minimum GPA must be 3.00 out of 5.00

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Excellent language proficiency in English & Bangla.
∎ Basic Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word /Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).
∎ Good communication Skill.
∎ Team Player.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Day & Night Shift Roster duty.
∎ Answer calls professionally & Respond to customer inquiries.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints and Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Provide customers with product and service information using available resources.
∎ Process orders, forms and applications.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues and Route calls to appropriate resource.
∎ Providing better quality service to the customer over phone call and online services.
∎ Ensure smooth business operation and maintaining compliance.
∎ Reporting & maintain proper MIS.
∎ Day & Night Shift Roster duty.
