Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant field will get preferred.
∎ High level of language proficiency (English and Bengali-both verbal and written).
∎ Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
∎ Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
∎ Delivering mail and messages, Click photo and post in Online media
∎ Coordinating with bell service and staff management
∎ Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
∎ Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed
∎ Review arrival lists to welcome guests
∎ Listen carefully to understand all guest requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information.
∎ Resolve any problems or issues quickly, efficiently and courteously
∎ Deliver sales and upsell opportunities for all of the fort's products and services
∎ Create and maintain reservation records and prepare letters of confirmation and promptly process any cancellations and modifications
∎ Properly and accurately follows all cash-handling, check and credit processes and policies
∎ Verify credit card and required guest information
∎ Wears proper uniform at all times
∎ Step in for other staff as directed or other duties as assigned
∎ Attend staff meetings as needed
∎ Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
∎ Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel or Hospital or other Hospitality sector
∎ Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction
∎ Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
∎ Analyzing training needs/requirements
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
∎ Ability to communicate with others effectively
∎ Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings
∎ Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
∎ Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
∎ Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
∎ Familiarity with restaurant management software's
∎ Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
∎ Acute financial management skills
∎ Ability to build consensus and relationships among Managers, Partners, and Employees
