∎ Mediate and resolve conflicts diplomatically, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to guidelines.
∎ Collect, analyze, and act on feedback to enhance the overall hospital experience.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to meet patient needs and coordinate special events for patients and families.
