∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HR and compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Recruitment, Selection & Placement of Outlet Staff, Non-Management Staff & Workers as per Human Resource Planning (HRP);
∎ Ensure HRP Planning, HR Budget Planning, Office Timing, Attendance of employees, Office Management of Corporate Sector, Projects and show room.
∎ Ensure Orientation program of Outlet Staffs and maintain its records & feedback;
∎ Conduct on job training and ensure its effectiveness;
∎ Handle grievances and ensure employees motivation to achieve optimum desired output;
∎ Conduct performance appraisal of outlet staffs, Non-Management staff .
∎ Handle and resolve IRC related issues and legal issues as per law;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Liaison with Govt Dept.
∎ Dealing with legal maters

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Major/ Govt Officer
∎ Candidates having MBA in HRM or Management related subject will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Administration, HR and compliance
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
