Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ The candidate must have FCA / FCMA / MBA / MSS / M. Sc./ MA in Economics / M. Com in Finance/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Mathematics/ Engineering or other disciples from any reputed public / private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set directions and enthusiastically lead the group to achieve the target given by the Company's Board of Directors and executive Committee of KG.
∎ Able to design and implement appropriate strategies to achieve the goal.
∎ Analyze, Monitor, and Handle the companies' progress under the group.
∎ Motivate, Train, Monitor, and Follow up Business Heads so that they can achieve the target easily.
∎ Liaison with the regulatory authorities, such as, Bangladesh Bank, Securities & Exchange Commission, Company's Financiers such as Bank(s) / Financial Institution(s), Individuals and Corporate clients, Business houses and Company's Chairperson and The Board of Directors.
∎ Compile, Analyze, and Interpret companies' activities under the Group to provide reports on overall performance to KG Central Management.
∎ Any other job assigned by the KG Central Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Bona fide citizens of Bangladesh & other Nation may apply under the legal parameters of Govt. of Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
