Education:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage

• Proficiency of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint & Bangla is mandatory (Bijoy is peferable)

• Excellent organizational skill, time management, multi-tasking & time management skill with the ability to prioritize task.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design creative visuals for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Develop marketing materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and promotional content

• Create product-related designs and branding materials as per company guidelines

• Collaborate with the marketing team & supply chain to understand design requirements and deliver accordingly

• Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality output

• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs

• Prepare design files for both digital and print use

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within deadlines

• Stay updated with design trends and suggest creative ideas

• All design files must be organized, backed up & maintaining records of all design assets is mandatory.
