∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of GP Operation Specialist for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Monitor and operates safely and efficiently, observing all safety precautions, practices, and regulations of the following equipment:
∎ Turbo expander, Booster compressors, GTG, SGC, FGC, Gas Generator & Diesel Generator, Pumps, Instrument Air Compressors, Hydraulic control Panels, Automatic Valves, Pressure switches & Vessels, TEG Pump, Wellhead Equipment, Gas and Condensate Separators, Heat Exchangers, Firefighting and Safety Equipment's, TEG Regeneration System, Filters, Tanks, process other equipment.
∎ Carries out well tests including meter readings, monitor daily logs & checks required readings on equipment & pressure vessels, records &check tubing & casing pressure, as well as all other pertinent activities throughout the plant site and well site.
∎ Performs pressure vessel and piping isolation, purging, and cleaning for external and/or internal inspection in accordance with the Lead Operations Specialist.
∎ Condensate/Produced water, other liquid Loading /offloading from tank or lorry.
∎ Coordinates with Lab chemists to do % TEG, dew point on sales gas and water sampling and analysis.
∎ Carries out safely and efficiently any planned plant shutdown and well surveillance program.
∎ Prepare plant systems for start-up, bringing online, and perform post-start-up checks.
∎ Participate in emergency response exercises as directed.
∎ Monitor, adjust, and operate plant process equipment to maintain the process within operating parameters, standards, and criteria.
∎ Conducts preliminary inspections to assess the condition of process piping and pressure vessels & pipelines and to correct any minor abnormalities. Also reports to the Production Supervisor to ensure the integrity and safe operation.
∎ Complete required training as per job level requirement.
∎ Should comply with Company Compliance and Bangladesh compliance.
∎ Participate in team safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job safety analysis to improve overall operational efficiency and safety.
∎ Practices teamwork within own workgroup and with other groups for process equipment troubleshooting and PM activities.
∎ Sets a personal example in safety, workmanship, punctuality, good housekeeping, and positive work ethic for all subordinates and co-workers and able to adapt to the multi-cultural working environment.
∎ Works at achieving continuous improvement in all areas of production operation-related knowledge and skills, application of the highest standard of operational safety and procedures. Contributes ideas to improve overall operational efficiency and safety systems of the facility including the raising of HID/Near miss and other safety control forms.
∎ Carries out any additional tasks as may be assigned by his supervisor relevant to his areas of training and job experience and related to the company's operations.
∎ Observe & monitor daily production activities in collaboration with operations specialists and help them to perform the job with maximum safety & according to the procedure. Also, report the activities to the Lead Operations Specialist/Shift Lead.
∎ Prepare Equipment Specific Isolation Checklist (ESIP), Single Block Valve Variance (SBV), Bypass Critical Protection (BCP), for process equipment.
∎ Gather basic knowledge of process control system, Distributed Control System (DCS), Programable Logic Controller (PLC) etc and apply in daily activities.
∎ Able to work independently in remote facilities.
∎ Able to perform filter element replacement, TEG sampling, RVP sampling, test separator water sampling.

∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Pdf Applications.
∎ Commitment towards Health, Safety, and Environment.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
