• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in Electrical, Utility, and Maintenance management, preferably in the garments or textile industry.

• Proven experience in handling multiple factories or group-level utility operations is highly preferred

• Strong expertise in industrial electrical systems, power generation and distribution, boilers, compressors, and utility infrastructure.

• Excellent knowledge of energy management, preventive maintenance, electrical safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, negotiation, and team management skills.

• Ability to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction across multiple manufacturing facilities.

Job Context:

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically competent professional to lead the overall Electrical & Utility operations of our 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted utility services, equipment reliability, energy efficiency, maintenance excellence, and compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Electrical, Utility, and Maintenance operations across all factories and units of the Group.

• Develop group-wide strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures for electrical and utility management.

• Supervise power generation and distribution systems, including generators, substations, transformers, HT/LT panels, and related infrastructure.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, pumps, and other industrial utility equipment.

• Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and minimum production downtime across all units.

• Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize electricity, fuel, gas, water, and other utility consumption.

• Monitor utility budgets, capital expenditures, maintenance costs, and operational performance across the Group.

• Ensure electrical safety, fire and life safety, and compliance with applicable laws, standards, and buyer or factory audit requirements.

• Lead technical teams, evaluate factory performance, and establish KPIs for utility efficiency and maintenance operations.

• Plan and implement utility infrastructure development, capacity expansion, and new factory projects.

• Coordinate with top management, factory heads, and relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted production and operational excellence.

• Prepare consolidated reports on utility consumption, maintenance performance, energy efficiency, and cost optimization for management review.
