Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM/MBA in HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall factory management & Production related activities effectively & efficiently. Candidate should have high technical knowledge on footwear industries, production by maintaining highest efficiency level.
∎ The ideal candidate should have proven leadership & organizing skill to manage a team of the factory by addressing all the administrative & operational issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 10–15-year(s) experience in relevant sector.
∎ Strong English communication skills in written and fluent in English.
∎ Computer Knowledge in E-Mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must.
∎ Applicants should have experienced in footwear industry.
Salary: Negotiable
