Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ To be responsible for overall supervision and operations of Customer Service (Pre & Post Handover), Credit Realization, Facility Management, Registration and Loan Department.
∎ Directing and overseeing all aspects of the company's customer service policies, objectives and initiatives.
∎ Develops and establishes procedures and policies governing customer correspondence and the handling of customer complaints.
∎ Should have the problem solving ability & able to handle the entire Customer Management Division and its Operations effectively and efficiently.
∎ To have enough knowledge about before & after sales service support of Real Estate Industry.
∎ Formulate and initiate action plan to achieve collection target as set by the management from time to time.
∎ To be responsible for credit and cash collection against sales.
∎ Responsible for weekly/ monthly/ yearly collection / forecast and report to the Management.
∎ Should have enough knowledge regarding property (Flat, Land, Commercial Space etc.) registration and loan procedures.
∎ Responsible to liaison with private / govt. offices and also financial institution for loan, registration and other activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ At least 12 years experience of which 3 years in similar Position in Premium Real Estate Company.
