Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ Textile Engineer
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 17 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Communication, Production

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for talented persons with good personality for project Head.
∎ we need Butex Engineer.
∎ Experience in spinning mill work will be highly appreciable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to study project for setting up Spinning Mils in modern aspect.
∎ Knowledge on new technology and modern technic for the purpose of quality product and production efficiency.
∎ Capable for manpower planning of every department for the project.
∎ Well known of all kinds of related machineries and its spare parts.
∎ Strong knowledge on related raw materials and its sources, skills on supplier’s negotiation.
∎ Capable for production planning, quality control, budgeting, forecasting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency. Must have good communication skill in both English & Bengali. Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure. Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc). Ability to work under pressure.
