Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in B.sc Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical
∎ Skills Required: Management, Well Communicative

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Factory General Management.
∎ Maintain close relationship with functional and operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Lead the team to improve the overall productivity and quality, control cost and reduce production lead-time.
∎ Closely work with HR & Administration, Logistics, Distribution and all production related departments to enhance the production efficiency.
∎ Achieving production target according to the Production planning of all process.
∎ Ensuring quality production with maximum target achievement through perfect production planning.
∎ Monitoring the maintenance team for smooth running of machineries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication in English both in writing and speaking.
∎ Must be able to multi-task and have a mind set to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates must have a proven experience in a renowned factory Management/operation.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Ms Office, email and internet.
∎ Should have knowledge about European/Japanese/Chinese buyers/company
∎ Sound knowledge about different techniques of man power controlling.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
