Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Master of Science (M.Sc) in structural Engineer. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. All the above qualification must be from BUET, DUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: design,drawin
∎ Training/Trade Course: project management,Estimating,architecturul

Job Context:
∎ GM or DGM responsibilities includes formulating overall Strategy, managing Manpower and establishing policies. To be successful in this role. You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision maker, helping company staff/worker develop and be productive, while ensure company benefits are On the rise.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the full cycle of construction, in administration, operation, and development of real estate/developer businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over seeing day to day operation, Design strategy and set goals for growth, Maintain, budgets and optimize expenses, set policies and processes.
∎ Supervision of construction as per design and drawing like Architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical system of a Project.
∎ Supervise & execute construction of building project pile, basement , superstructure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as architectural and structural design.
∎ The applicant should have experience on sales & marketing as well as boost up the sales team to archive the monthly sales target.
∎ Perform planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
∎ Prepare BOQ schedule the project in logical steps and prepare Budget, time required to meet dead line.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project as well as in office.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth Operations.
∎ Interiors & Exteriors related finishing and construction works.
∎ Complete all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly budget for the project.
∎ Material requisition (MR) and coordinate in the procurement.
∎ Resolving the issue related to project in implementation with prior approval from management whenever applicable.
∎ Well conversant with MS office application, AutoCAD 3D, Estimation Software etc.
∎ To perform any other job as assigned by the higher management From time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ As a DGM/GM minimum 5 years service.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area (s) : Business operation management, land development, Real Estate Marketing.
