∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Contract Logistics, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and drive profitable expansion of the CL business within targeted client segments and industries
∎ Over-all monitoring of operational activities of the Contract Logistics at country level in Bangladesh, and financial and budget responsibilities for the department.
∎ Improve productivity of the related Contract Logistics site through efficient work practices and monitoring the implementation of standard operating procedures to comply with specific customer requirements or specific in-country regulations.
∎ Develop and foster a culture of customer intimacy
∎ Develop close relationships with key customers
∎ Ensure that adequate risk management is carried out by the entire CL organization
∎ Create recognition in the market for Schenker Logistics (Bangladesh) Limited capabilities
∎ Cost control to ensure forecast profitability is achieved

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ideally with good network and contacts in the logistics industry
∎ Ability to lead and motivate team by sharing global view and strategic mindset, create environment for innovation and continuous improvement
∎ Strong analytical and negotiation skills
∎ Fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation skills
