Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All time Monitoring Production Planning PP woven Bags, BOPP Bags, HDPE Bags, LDPE Poly & PP Poly.
∎ Manage & Monitoring Overall Factory Operation.
∎ Analyze Production Report, maintain finished & monthly inventories, complies daily output.
∎ Determine the Product Quality control Standards.Develop Project to improved machine efficiencies maximizing product rates.
∎ Direct coordinates planning & Scheduling of Poly manufacturing with the Direct consistently meet expected product delivery Schedule & inventory Levels.
∎ Maintain Material Stock & give Report of companies’ higher authority.
∎ Review & Analysis Stories to insure smooth operation with efficiency.
∎ Project Management, Production maintainance Operations.
