∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Drafting, Auto CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for running the overall operation of the Department with an emphasis to implement the policy and other issues.
∎ To be responsible for structural designing, supervision, estimation and cost analysis of high-rise building.
∎ To be responsible for preparing, checking and validating the preliminary drawings to comply with RAJUK, BNBC etc.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Have depth knowledge of PMC.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office/ Auto CAD / Photoshop.
∎ Should be able to operate structural design related application/ software.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Strong leadership skill and profound analytical ability.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
