∎ Age 18 to 26 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ যথাসময়ে অফিসে হাজির হওয়া
∎ অফিস ডেস্ক, ব্যবহারিত অন্যান্য জিনিস পরিস্কার রাখা
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল গুছিয়ে রাখা
∎ অফিসের সমস্ত লাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি সময়মতো বন্ধকরণ নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কুরিয়ার করা, অফিসের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কেনাকাটা
∎ অফিসে কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীবৃন্দ এবং ভিজিটরদের আপ্যায়ন, চা ও কফি তৈরি
∎ অফিস সরঞ্জাম রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, অফিসের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা
∎ ফটোকপি করা এবং নথি ফাইল প্রস্তুত করা
∎ কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশে অর্পিত যেকোন দায়িত্ব পালন করা
∎ প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই বাংলা এবং ইংরেজি পড়তে জানতে হবে।
∎ জরুরি ভিত্তিতে গ্লোবাল রিনিউয়েবল এনার্জি লিমিটেড এ ১জন অফিস সহকারী প্রয়োজন ।
∎ যথাসময়ে অফিসে হাজির হওয়া
∎ অফিস ডেস্ক, ব্যবহারিত অন্যান্য জিনিস পরিস্কার রাখা
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল গুছিয়ে রাখা
∎ অফিসের সমস্ত লাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি সময়মতো বন্ধকরণ নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কুরিয়ার করা, অফিসের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কেনাকাটা
∎ অফিসে কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীবৃন্দ এবং ভিজিটরদের আপ্যায়ন, চা ও কফি তৈরি
∎ অফিস সরঞ্জাম রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, অফিসের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা
∎ ফটোকপি করা এবং নথি ফাইল প্রস্তুত করা
∎ কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশে অর্পিত যেকোন দায়িত্ব পালন করা
∎ প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই বাংলা এবং ইংরেজি পড়তে জানতে হবে।
