Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applications are invited on urgent basis for this position of Generator Operator in IAHS-H, USTC on the following terms and conditions:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ To start, operate, and shut down generators as per operational requirements.
∎ To monitor generator performance, including voltage, temperature, and fuel levels regularly.
∎ To conduct routine maintenance on generators, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and minor repairs.
∎ To diagnose and troubleshoot issues with generators and implement appropriate solutions to ensure continuous operation.
∎ To adhere all safety protocols and guidelines while operating generators and performing maintenance tasks.
∎ To maintain accurate records of generator operation, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.
∎ To respond promptly to any emergency situations requiring generator operation and support
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
