Job Responsibilities:
∎ ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE OF JENBACHER GENERATORS SHOULD APPLY.
∎ Operation, Trouble Shooting of the Gas Compressor (Utile) & Jenbacher Engine based Power plant.
∎ Responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of SCADA control panel system, Generator, Transformer & Transmission line equipment etc.
∎ Prepare Maintenance Schedule such as daily, weekly, monthly & yearly of the Power Plant.
∎ Supervise of Maintenance team for maintenance work of the Plant.
∎ Capable to effectively plan, schedule and supervise work with highest reliability & productivity.
∎ Supervise Daily suddenly shutdown Electrical Maintenance work.
∎ Capability of adequate writing skill to prepare reports & written documents.
∎ Monitoring spare parts as needed from time to time.
∎ Prepare spare parts list, purchase and inspection activities of Equipment for the plant.
∎ Generator for overall trouble shooting, overhauling and is capable to sort out any type of problem are encouraged to apply.
∎ Planning, scheduling and supervision of Jenbacher Gas Generator.
∎ Ensure scheduling, maintenance of Jenbacher Gas Generator).
∎ To conduct daily inspection and housekeeping of all Generator Sets to check all kind of sensor, battery charge status and hydrometer battery water testing, radiator water, engine lubrication oil level and lead acid testing of lubrication oil, water jacket heater operation and to keep accurate logs and records of all operating parameters.
∎ To regularly change -oil and filters of Engine according to PPM schedule.
∎ To carry out no -load testing every week and to record all the reading in the standard Generator run test form.
∎ To keep accurate record of all activities and load testing of the Generator Sets.
∎ Ensures observance of Continuous Quality Improvement & Patient Safety and adhering to the implementation of its plans and program.
∎ Ensure spares or materials lists are compiled in good time for work assigned.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate who is having experiences on Jenbacher Gas Generator only they can apply otherwise need not to apply.
∎ The ideal candidates who are having adequate sound knowledge on Jenbacher Gas
∎ Candidate who is having experiences on Jenbacher Gas Generator shall be given preference.
∎ The applicant must have to be experienced in working Jenbacher Engines.
∎ Technically sound in all aspects to keep the generator functioning to support smooth production in the factories.
∎ Able to work under pressure and at the end of problem solving.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
Salary: Negotiable
