Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patient management:
∎ Register patient name and related information in app and provide serial number for visiting doctor
∎ Decide whether patient wants to avail any virtual care service or visit service (if any)
∎ Book an appointment with available doctor or Physiotherapist (
∎ Send patient to clinical assistant for further care.
∎ Responds to all kinds of patient inquiries and maintain good patient relations.
∎ Accounts Management:
∎ Collect payment for appointment and update the same in software /app
∎ Deposit daily sales money to company bank account
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
∎ Maintain petty cash balance and related books and records asp per company policy
∎ Record branch expenses and preparation of related vouchers
∎ Prepare Tour travel sheet, Monthly Requisition (Cheque & Cash) Sheets and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, purchase orders.
∎ Monthly Accounts compile of responsible centers.
∎ Calculates, prepares and issues documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements.
∎ Supports budget management with Management team for Approval from company.
∎ Maintain all requisition expense payment with valid / authentic voucher.
∎ Keep tracks of payment schedules of utility bills and ensure timely payments.
∎ Perform all local purchase with prior approval of higher authority.
∎ Reporting of monthly Income & Expenditures to higher authority.
∎ HR & Administration Management
∎ Ensure availability of all logistics / supplies for daily clinical operations.
∎ Arrange outdoor events, travel and accommodation by maintaining proper connection.
∎ Perform all kinds of office & clinical equipment repair works ensuring quality with prior approval of higher authority.
∎ Supervise employee attendance, prepare duty rosters for them, monitor and report their performance.
∎ To plan and supervise day to day HR related activities and report to higher management on all HR matters of the company.
∎ To Record Employees Leave & Attendance.
∎ To ensure employee and labor relations as per company rule. To develop and implement programmers to ensure employee safety and health.
∎ To handle disciplinary matters, legal affairs, employee complaints etc.
∎ Apply responsible center HR Policy formulation, orientation, implementation and administration to the company.
∎ Ensure proper hygiene and clean environment within and outside of the clinic / center.
∎ Work with passion to complete all responsibilities of center administration.
∎ Keep close liaison and good relationship with HR & Admin department.
