Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institute for highly experience personnel to heavy equipment (crane, man-lift) may be considered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure (Airport) projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and monitor overall maintenance activities of BPC Rolling stock (Crane, forklift, man -lift, backhoe-loader, Reach truck, tractors etc.) and Portable Generators/Machines etc.
∎ Supervise the equipment maintenance technician and train them on their regular maintenance functions, especially in critical maintenance activities.
∎ Asses & Identify requirement of preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities of the rolling stock & portable equipment and take appropriate measure.
∎ Capture data and update performance metrics for both rolling stock and portable equipment monthly/quarterly basis.
∎ Identify and maintain optimum level of inventory (spares) as per criticality and lead time for rolling stock and critical Equipment.
∎ Coordinate with 3rct party contractors and plan to execute maintenance of portable generators as required in a timely basis.
∎ Develop performance metrics for both rolling stock and portable equipment and capture data monthly/quarterly basis.
∎ Share the KPI of total activities to the management quarterly basis.
∎ Evaluate the contractor performance based on metrics (actual completion percentage vs intended KPI) and customers review, ensure a visible progress against the matrices in each progressive quarter.
∎ Follow existing Work Order System where applicable and make it compliant as per SOP/WI.
∎ Ensure physical work compliances to Field Works of the Vendor workforce
∎ Comply with safety protocol.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years in equipment maintenance (especially for; Crane, Forklift, Man lift, Backhoe loader and different generators etc.)
∎ Communication, adaptability power in stressful situation to handle simultaneous operation, supervision and leadership for guiding maintenance technician, Operator/Helper.

Salary: Negotiable
