Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target as per ABP.·
∎ Execute and implement day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of the Annual Business Plan (ABP).·
∎ Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.·
∎ Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks·
∎ Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs·
∎ Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed·
∎ Work closely with Human Resources and company head to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment·
∎ Supervise property management teams, ensuring they effectively maintain and manage properties and projects.·
∎ Develop and manage budgets for projects, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.·
∎ Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and improve overall portfolio performance.·
∎ Stay current with local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations. Ensure projects comply with all legal requirements, including safety, zoning, and environmental regulations.·
∎ Generate regular reports on performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data analysis to make informed decisions and drive strategic planning.·
∎ Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.· Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in collaboration with Company Head.·
∎ Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and collaborate with Company Head in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.·
∎ Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.·
∎ Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.·
∎ Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and Annual Business Plan (ABP).·
∎ Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are being met.·
∎ Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.·
∎ Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary.
