Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge of HR & Admin Related Job and also good Knowledge about Finance and Marketing.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, conflict-resolution skills
∎ Building up performance driven environment for all the departments
∎ Good Knowledge of maintaining staff annual leaves Database
∎ Ensure timely and accurate staff payroll; Salary & Service Charge processing, payment disbursement in coordination with Accounts
∎ Ensure staff development plan through training
∎ Manage and modernize Employee Performance Appraisal process and procedures
∎ Ensure that organizational HR Policy is compatible with basic industrial/labor law

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to travel frequently.
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill.
∎ Analytical & problem solving capacity.
