Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
∎ Good Knowledge of HR & Admin Related Job .
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, conflict-resolution skills
∎ Building up performance driven environment for all the departments.
∎ Good Knowledge of maintaining staff annual leaves Database.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate staff payroll; Salary & Service Charge processing, payment disbursement in coordination with Accounts.
∎ Ensure staff development plan through training.
∎ Manage and modernize Employee Performance Appraisal process and procedures.
∎ Ensure that organizational HR Policy is compatible with basic industrial/labor law.
∎ Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
∎ Monitor attainment of objectives Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.).
∎ Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
∎ Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
∎ Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives.
∎ Responsibilities:
