1. Deep knowledge of garment fabrics, dyes, trims, and accessories.

2. Strong proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.

1. End-to-End SCM Leadership: Direct and oversee the entire supply chain network, spanning demand planning, sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics.

2. Procurement & Sourcing: Manage local and international sourcing for raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging, and wash services.

3. Vendor & Contract Management: Handle supplier per-qualification, price negotiations, purchase orders (POs), PI/work order issuance, and performance evaluations.

4. Inventory & Working Capital Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent line stoppages (stock-outs) or excess material accumulation, optimizing working capital.

5. Logistics & Compliance: Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and statutory/compliance standards.

6. ERP & Technology Integration: Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or local counterparts) for material planning, cost control, and supply chain visibility.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with merchandising, production, engineering, commercial/finance, and quality assurance teams.

8. Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and evaluate supply chain and procurement personnel to build an accountable, high-performing department.
