Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Supply Chain Management or any other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institutions. Candidates having professional certification in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute supply chain strategy of the organization in order to maximize process efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Build, lead and empower the Aarong supply chain team by delegating, coaching and directing all members to ensure the achievement of organization's objective.
∎ Formulate and develop strategies to ensure smooth and effective operations of Central Store by receiving finished products in collaboration with Merchandising and QC team and ensuring on time delivery of the same to the outlets.
∎ Formulate and develop strategies to ensure smooth operations of Warehouse by monitoring the demand of non-textile products, order distribution to the producers, receiving and delivery of products to the outlets.
∎ Formulate and develop strategies to ensure smooth operations of Processing Store and maintain optimum level of stock.
∎ Work in collaboration with retail, production and other relevant teams for streamlining the product storage and delivery process and optimize inventory.
∎ Identify process bottleneck, formulate and implement solutions in a timely manner to achieve supply chain efficiency.
∎ Monitor and manage the procurement system of the organization and ensure transparent and timely procurement of production materials and other day-to-day requirements by identifying and selecting potential suppliers, soliciting, negotiating bids and awarding contracts.
∎ Ensure smooth operations of Transport departmental activities to achieve effective supply chain.
