∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Planning, Project Management, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in line with Planning & Design department to obtain design/drawing from consultants.
∎ Finalize all drawings, BOQ and specification with consultant, take necessary approval/advice from advisor;
∎ Work in line with contracting department for selection of contractor.
∎ Ensure quality work and carry out necessary laboratory tests as per BOQ;
∎ Make site staffs responsible by giving target oriented works and ensure day to day progress.
∎ Check all bills related to construction works and put up to MD - RHEL with remarks without delay.
∎ Sit with local people/representative to solve problem/dispute if any.
∎ Coordinate with Legal/Law department and local elites to solve any land related problems if arises.
∎ Do necessary arrangement to ensure utility related matters like electricity, water, gas etc. at site.
∎ Keep liaison and maintain good relation with all Govt., semi Govt. or private organization related to construction and commercial operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 16-20 years of which 5 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned real estate companies.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
