Job Context:
∎ We are first growing Real Estate and Construction Company of the Country is looking for an experienced General Manager for its upcoming luxurious Real Estate Projects to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.
∎ The Candidate will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success. To thrive as a General Manager he must be a prudent and an inspiring leader. The goal is to drive the company`s development and guide it towards long-term success.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Chairman, Managing Director, and Clients along with Suppliers.
∎ Coordinate and manage multi-year strategic planning of the company.
∎ Communicating, on behalf of the company, with Bank, government entities.
∎ Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
∎ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
∎ Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
∎ Must be flexible and enthusiastic person by nature with ability to work for long hour
∎ Capable to handle stress & pressure. Able to take challenges with problem solving attitude
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions..
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Candidates having proven Track record or deserving candidates, Salary is negotiable
