Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Procurement:
∎ Developing & formulating the existing procurement planning & strategy for achieving organizational goals.
∎ Carry out competitive market surveys and analyze procurement activities.
∎ Maintain close liaison with related departments.
∎ Developing inventive and cost-effective procurement strategies.
∎ To assure supply availability, control and monitor possible supply sources both domestically and internationally.
∎ Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
∎ To search and create alternate source and product.
∎ # Inventory Management:
∎ Implement effective strategies for the cost efficiency and process optimization in inventory management system.
∎ To check and ensure monthly inventory balance to all stores
∎ # Logistic Management:
∎ Monitor the cost-effective physical distribution activities of all kind of finished goods.
∎ Develop all type of policies related to logistics
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
