Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from any Public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate, Architecture firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervision and monitoring of a Premium Mega gated Community project, Rupayan City Uttara.
∎ Design and/or review architectural or engineering plans,specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws & regulations.
∎ Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction safety codes.
∎ Adequate knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system and methods of application and also contemporary landscape & gardening & architectural lighting.
∎ Extensive knowledge in using of Auto-CAD, sketch up and 3D Max software.
∎ Experience in designing of commercial, hotel, residential and mixed use buildings and also knowledge of Architectural Code of Practices, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RAJUK building standards and USGBC LEEDS standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate has to communicate with the architectural firm and clients and produce design that reflects client's desire.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
