Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process of the company.
∎ Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
∎ Builds a quality relationship with the internal suppliers and external recruitment agencies.
∎ Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
∎ Sets the communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the company.
∎ Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
∎ Manages and develops the suppliers.
∎ Acts as a single point of contact regarding recruitment topics.
∎ Any task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 (Ten) years practical working experienced in relevant post at any prominent Recruiting Agency in Bangladesh.
∎ Able to fluently speaking, reading and writing the Bangle, English & Arabic.

Salary: Negotiable
