Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer/Diploma Engineer (Civil).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study the RAJUK structural, architectural & other design/drawing pertinent to the project and prepare monthly construction works schedule in line with the total project schedule and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ Prepare estimation of building materials as per drawing.
∎ Maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ Ensure completion of project within the Master Budget.
∎ Maintain liaison with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Ensure that all construction materials are purchased as per given specification.
∎ Supervise and monitor structural, masonry and finishing work to ensure the quality of construction.
∎ Ensure all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available at site.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
∎ The ability and drive to learn quickly.
∎ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
∎ "CAN DO" attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 (Ten) years practical work experience in High-rise Residential Building Construction in the relevant post.
∎ Good knowledge in drawings, designs & finishing work.
