Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline / B.Sc in Civil Engineering Graduate/ Master Degree Skills Required: GIS/Mapping, Auto CAD
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, GIS/ Mapping, Land Law, Land Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land issue handling, Land Management, Land Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be responsible for overall in charge of Land Division of the Group.
∎ Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, Ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, porcha, khatian, mutation, etc.
∎ Land acquisition, Liaison with RAJUK, DCC, WASA and other related Government agencies.
∎ Land information collection & handle with land media.
∎ Keep good communication with landowner & Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land, Land Development.
∎ To formulate land development plan supported with due budget, Timeline and implement the same as per the approval of the authority.
∎ To follow and maintain project management tools, ensure optimum utilization and mobilization of resources to get the work done within stipulated time frame.
∎ Prepare pre & post section of earth, sand cutting & filling, prepare estimate of filling volume soil & sand, prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
∎ Estimate for road construction, select contractor for brick, sand supply etc and monitoring contractor's job.
∎ Prepare different types of lay-out as per RAJUK / BNHU policy for different blocks on the basis of C.S. & .S. Map & supervise the plotting work.
∎ Change the lay-out plan as per requirement of Management.
∎ Arrange measurement of land which is proposed to purchase.
∎ Resolve any initial problem regarding land and inform the supervisor immediately.
∎ Arrange all utility connections like gas, water, electricity of the project within due time.
∎ Complete overall activities of land development & implementation and inform the Management.
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target; To find out new sort of idea to generate sale and also find out new idea for attraction to the customer.
∎ Ability to do Team Work.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.
∎ To perform any sorts of relevant job if assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in relevant laws, regulations and practices in the industry.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and high level of Management skill.

Salary: Negotiable
