∎ Graduate/ Master Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be responsible for overall in charge of Land Division of the Group.
∎ Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, Ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, porcha, khatian, mutation, etc.
∎ Land acquisition, Liaison with RAJUK, DCC, WASA and other related government agencies
∎ Land information collection & handle with land media
∎ Keep good communication with landowner & Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land, Land Development
∎ To formulate land development plan supported with due budget, Timeline and implement the same as per the approval of the authority
∎ To follow and maintain project management tools, ensure optimum utilization and mobilization of resources to get the work done within stipulated time frame.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in relevant laws, regulations and practices in the industry.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and high level of Management skill.

Salary: Negotiable
