Job Context:
∎ i-Global Services Ltd. is looking for General Manager -Sales & Operation who has sufficient knowledge and experience on study abroad business and he/she should be ambitious, hard- working, self-motivated with distinguished leadership quality.
∎ Job Location-Dhaka (Mirpur-10)
∎ Workplace - Dhaka -Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and advice regarding document preparation of study abroad applications especially UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Canada of i-Global Services Clients with the guidelines of relevant Foreign Government rules and regulations.
∎ Guide and Lead team regarding document preparation of study abroad applications especially UK, USA, Australia, Europe and Canada and of i-Global Services Clients with the guidelines of relevant Foreign Government rules and regulations.
∎ Targets and initiates business partnerships with other companies, Universities and Agencies.
∎ Generates new business and Relationship with Markets.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day Operations to run business.
∎ Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place.
∎ Building alliances and partnerships with other organisations.
∎ Ensure best customer service to the clients and provide them suggestions.
∎ Advice and guide the clients regarding migration opportunities to global avenues.
∎ Provide consultation to clients' queries with regards to documentation process and submission of application to government portals/lawyer portals.
∎ Conduct seminars on study abroad whenever and wherever needed (both inside and outside Dhaka)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 to 8 years on Education Consultancy Service.
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the target

∎ Excellent Interpersonal communication skills & team management Skills
∎ Good command in Speaking and Writing of both Bangla and English Language
