∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Management, Master of Arts (MA) in Public Administration, Masters degree in any discipline

∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall administrative tasks complying company's rules and regulations.
∎ Monitoring disciplinary procedure and follow the legal task as per labor Bangladeshi labor law.
∎ Conduct inquiry procedure and prepare inquiry report as per labor law.
∎ Monitor central office stationary purchase teams' activities and introduce effective office stationary distribution & purchase procedure.
∎ Manages daily office operations, negotiates contracts, manages vendor relationships, develops and oversees office standard operating procedures.
∎ Able to perform and prepare supporting document for foreigner recruitment permission (ie. Board of investment permission, DGFI/NSI clearance and related others)
∎ Able to visit frequently to the factory and projects.
∎ Maintain liaison with various agencies (Govt. and non govt. offices) as and when as required.
∎ Develop and monitor vehicle management team, due to minimize the movement of transport in and out in a cost effective manner.
∎ Monitor and manage uninterrupted transport facility for employees.
∎ Any other job as per managements' requirement.
