∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Management, Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
∎ As a member of the senior management team, provide professional expertise in plant management and execution of the business plan.
∎ Manage maintenance of equipment to ensure production is uninterrupted
∎ Oversee manufacturing and delivery processes to ensure compliance of ISO standards, company policy, and other related codes.
∎ Maintain liaison with various agencies (Govt. and non govt. offices) as and when as required.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted production, delivery, distribution, sales and customer services.
∎ Ensure optimization of plant line capacities and support continuous improvement.
∎ Exhibits a strong work ethic and focus on productivity, quality and safety.
∎ Develop and monitor vehicle management team, due to minimize the movement of transport in and out in a cost effective manner
∎ Ensure effective management of a large number of workers and contingent people
∎ Responsible for overall administration of the plant
∎ Other responsibilities as / when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Former military commissioned officer successfully completed in military service is preferred.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labour Law and other relevant laws, acts etc.
∎ Intelligent, courageous, and bold in facing and tackling unwanted disputes (if arises) independently.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
