Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / MS or equivalent degree from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute production processes such as mixing, processing, and packing to ensure daily production of Fish, Poultry & Cattle Feed and maintain quality as per the demand and forecast.
∎ Achieve the targeted production by maintaining the efficiency of machines and manpower, ensuring optimum utilization of plant capacity.
∎ The control production process efficiently to meet production targets also Identify problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions of production.
∎ Ensure cost-effectively, Maintain Quality according to the standard, and timely delivery of Fish, Poultry & Cattle Feed.
∎ Maintain communication with other functional departments to ensure timely production.
∎ Create and execute SOP for the production process, adjust schedules, and train subordinates to implement the SOP successfully.
∎ Check bagging & deliveries as per the specification of products.
∎ Maintain safety and security on production premises and aware subordinates of hygiene.
∎ Identify risk factors of the production process and take preventive measures.
∎ Prepare different types of reports (e.g. Production report, production forecast, etc.) and submit those to the management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill.
∎ Minimum 8-10 years' practical experience on factory operation.
∎ Fluency in English both written and verbal.
∎ Good Interpersonal Skill
∎ Computer Literacy is a must.
