∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET, KUET, CUET & RUET.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 17 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, scheduling and supervising overall construction works.
∎ Preparing work plans and periodical reports.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Ensuring proper utilization of budget and other resources.
∎ Ensuring smooth operation of project activities.
∎ Routine inspection and monitoring of project activities.
∎ Solving any construction related problems that arise at the project sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the capability of coordination to accomplish the project work smoothly.
∎ Ability to lead a team and must be good at teamwork.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Hard-working and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
∎ Well conversant with report writing, Ready to visit projects frequently.
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
