∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Planning, Project Management, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ Responsible for supervision of work, monitoring and maintaining the quality and cost control of the projects.
∎ Responsible for the proper constructions project management to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 12 years of which 3 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned real estate companies.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.

Salary: Negotiable
