Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Only B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Public Universities are encouraged to apply.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
R.C.C Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
∎ Review the work progress on daily basis.
∎ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The potential candidate must have 15 years of pure R.C.C building construction experience.
∎ Should have construction experience of at least 15 storied buildings and 3 layer basements.
∎ Experience on turnkey basis project management.
∎ Having experience of using Cement Concrete Block for restoration of coastal/river embankment under Bangladesh Water Development Board.
∎ Having experience of Bridge/Culvert construction will be added advantage.
