∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6/7 years of experience in relevant job/field.
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with 3/4 years of experience in relevant job/field.
∎ Skills Required: construction project Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, construction project Management, Estimating

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit the client's site and do the estimation by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
∎ Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
∎ Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
∎ Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
∎ Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
∎ Checks and verifies subcontractors' bill
∎ Preparing bills for submitting to the client

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Project Management Software
∎ Should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
