Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
∎ Manage construction sites and timely execution of projects.
∎ Supervision of overall works of the project (Construction work checking, Safety checking).
∎ Overseeing QC system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure QA.
∎ Reports on project status and progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Coordinate with Design cell for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.
∎ Communication with ESD for smooth decision of project.
∎ Checking the prepared bill from different projects.
∎ Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Coordination Team (CT) for smooth implementation for projects.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site.
∎ Attend monthly project progress meeting.
∎ Train and supervise technical and non-technical staff for smooth operation of the project.
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site.
∎ Document checking (MRF, MRR, Revolving Fund and so on) with online approval.
∎ Meeting with different Sub-Contractor's for smooth operation of the project.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Total Project Planning (Work schedule, Manpower, Equipment Requirement etc) before start a new project.
∎ Providing policy guidelines to the members of the project.
∎ Preparing project work programme through Project-In charge.
∎ Co-ordinate with Designers and provide decision to site.
∎ Co-ordinate with different departments to provide necessary decision to projects.
∎ Responsible for finding out ways for cost minimization and cost efficient methods as well as work methods.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by Management.
∎ Ensuring proper safety during every phases of construction work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 48 to 50 years
