Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take Overall control and supervision of import & export functions in the group of companies.
∎ To Monitor Export Lc(s) from receiving to its work-ability of opening Back to Back Ls(s),
∎ Plan and process the back to back lc based on the availability of approved lc limit.
∎ To Monitor the inter related situations between suppliers, shipping agents, clearing & forwarding agents and transport agencies to expedite raw materials delivery to factory.
∎ To Monitor all customs related work like dyes & chemicals entitlement, inbond & outbond for composite knit factory and deem exporters, Renewal of Bonded Warehouse License, Yearly import export audit.
∎ To Ensure scheduled export ex-factory to stuffing of goods and monitor all necessary formalities in between.
∎ To Monitor timely procurement of GSP certificate of Origin, Biills of Loading, FCR, Inspection Certificate & others related papers and also on time presentation of clean export documents to the forwarder as well as to the bank so that buyers can not chase back for incorrect/ late documentation.
∎ To Monitor all Banking activities like opening of back to back lc(s), its amendments, endorsement of import documents, submission and negotiation of export documents, realization of export proceeds, back to back lc payments, renewal of limits etc.
∎ To Follow up timely submission of cash incentive (regular & special) documents to bank. Monitor with bank for further activities like obtaining certificate from audit firm, claim to Bangladesh Bank & persuasion with them to release the fund.
∎ To Prepare and analyze forecaster fund flows for strategic decisions by Directors. Plan the monthly inflow on the basis of export and thereby allocate the funds as per requirements of management.
∎ To Check and settle the payments of clearing & forwarding agent, transport agencies, insurance companies, other suppliers of different items. above also includes all debit and credit notes of different Buyers and Suppliers.
∎ To Monitor timely issuance of certificate of Origin, GSP etc. Monitor monthly VAT return (Mushak-19, Mushak-11, Mushak - 7 VDS etc.).
∎ To coordinate with F&A department for cash flow report of the group.
∎ To prepare monthly/periodic comprehensive export statements, with detailed coverage of all shipment quantities (excess shipments/short shipments), back-to-back expenditures, associated commercial/banking expenditures, buyer/agent/sourcing house commissions, short payments received, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be experienced in managing Commercial Departments all over activities.
