Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare events, activation and other related proposals including budget
∎ Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients.
∎ Participate in developing and executing annual client target setting and startegy review
∎ Understanding clients' requirements strategizing on how to meet clients' needs and
∎ Discuss alternative marketing, promotion and communication strategies with the client
∎ Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
∎ Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reporths
∎ Evaluate any event, activation and partnership requirements
∎ Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership
∎ Generate new idea to make the activity more effective
∎ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
∎ Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
∎ Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
∎ Evaluate any sponsorship or partnership proposal
∎ Execute urgent required event/activation
∎ Track project milestones and deliverables
∎ Bill processing & streamline BTL vendors & ensure
∎ 100% compliance in terms of brand guideline & SOP
∎ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
